The Service is provided strictly for personal, non-commercial use. You agree to use this tool only for lawful purposes. You expressly represent and warrant that you own the copyright to the images you process, or that you have obtained explicit, written permission from the copyright owner to modify the image. You may not use this tool to bypass, remove, alter, or circumvent copy-protection or digital rights management (DRM) indicators for the purpose of copyright infringement or theft. The creator of Degemini does not endorse or support the unauthorized removal of watermarks from copyrighted material.
Degemini is a strictly local, client-side application. We do NOT collect, upload, process, or store your images on our servers. All mathematical watermark removal operations execute purely within the memory framework of your local hardware processor.
You acknowledge and agree that you are solely responsible for verifying the legal status of the images you process. You bear all risks, liabilities, and consequences associated with the removal of any watermarks. You agree that the creator of Degemini is merely providing an algorithmic tool and has no control over the inputs provided by users.
The creator and maintainers of Degemini assume absolutely no responsibility or liability for how users utilize this tool. The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. By using this Service, you agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the creator, developers, and affiliates of Degemini from any and all claims, lawsuits, damages, liabilities, costs, judgments, and expenses (including legal fees and court costs) arising from your use or misuse of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or other personal or proprietary rights.
